طلب حذف الحساب والبيانات
طريقة تقديم الطلب
- راسل البريد الرسمي من رقم الهاتف أو البريد المرتبط بحسابك.
- اكتب اسم التطبيق: TOP Taxi أو TOP Captain.
- أرسل اسمك ورقم الهاتف بصيغة دولية، واطلب بوضوح حذف الحساب.
- قد نطلب خطوة تحقق لحماية الحساب. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رمز OTP.
ما الذي يُحذف؟
بعد التحقق، نحذف أو نخفي هوية بيانات الملف الشخصي، معرّفات الحساب، رموز الإشعارات، والمعلومات التشغيلية المرتبطة بالحساب التي لا يلزم الاحتفاظ بها. نعالج الطلب عادةً خلال 30 يوماً.
ما الذي قد نحتفظ به؟
قد نحتفظ بسجلات الرحلات والمعاملات والدفع أو سجلات مكافحة الاحتيال بالقدر وللمدة التي يفرضها القانون أو اللازمة لحل نزاع. تكون هذه السجلات مقيّدة الوصول ولا تُستخدم للتسويق.

Request account and data deletion
How to submit a request
- Email us from the phone number or email associated with your account.
- State the app name: TOP Taxi or TOP Captain.
- Include your name and phone number in international format and clearly request account deletion.
- We may ask you to verify ownership. Never send your password or OTP.
What is deleted?
After verification, we delete or de-identify profile data, account identifiers, notification tokens, and associated operational data that we are not required to retain. Requests are normally processed within 30 days.
What may be retained?
Trip, transaction, payment, or fraud-prevention records may be retained to the extent and for the period required by law or needed to resolve a dispute. Access is restricted and retained records are not used for marketing.
