توضح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل شركة إنماء تقنيات المستقبل للتجارة العامة وتقنية المعلومات محدودة المسؤولية مع بيانات مستخدمي تطبيقَي TOP Taxi وTOP Captain وخدمات TOP المرتبطة بهما.
البيانات التي نجمعها
قد نجمع رقم الهاتف، الاسم، معرّف الحساب، صورة الملف الشخصي عند إضافتها، الموقع التقريبي والدقيق، مواقع الانطلاق والوصول، تفاصيل الرحلات والحجوزات، نوع الخدمة، سجل المحفظة والدفع، آخر أربعة أرقام من البطاقة واسم حاملها عندما توفّرها بوابة الدفع، رسائل الدعم، رمز الإشعارات، معرّفات الجهاز، وسجلات الأعطال والتشخيص. لا نخزّن رقم البطاقة الكامل أو رمز الأمان.
لماذا نستخدم البيانات
نستخدم البيانات لإنشاء الحساب والتحقق منه، تحديد موقع المستخدم أو السائق، مطابقة الرحلات وإدارتها، عرض الخدمات المتاحة، معالجة المدفوعات وإصدار الإيصالات، إدارة المحفظة، إرسال إشعارات الرحلات والأمان والدعم، منع الاحتيال، تحسين الأداء، وتشخيص الأعطال.
المشاركة ومقدّمو الخدمة
لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية. قد تُشارك البيانات اللازمة مع الطرف الآخر في الرحلة، ومع مزوّدي الخرائط والاستضافة والمصادقة والإشعارات والتحليلات ومعالجة الدفع، وبالقدر الضروري لتقديم الخدمة أو الامتثال للقانون. تخضع عمليات الدفع أيضاً لسياسات مزوّد بوابة الدفع المختارة.
الموقع في الخلفية
قد يستخدم TOP Captain الموقع في الخلفية عندما يكون السائق متاحاً أو أثناء رحلة نشطة، وذلك لاستقبال الطلبات وتحديث موقع الرحلة. يمكن إيقاف مشاركة الموقع بجعل الحالة غير متاح أو من إعدادات الجهاز، وقد تتوقف بعض وظائف الخدمة عندها.
الحماية والاحتفاظ
نستخدم اتصالات مشفّرة أثناء نقل البيانات وضوابط وصول مناسبة. نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب طوال مدة استخدام الخدمة، ثم نحذفها أو نخفي هويتها بعد قبول طلب الحذف، باستثناء سجلات المعاملات أو السجلات التي يجب الاحتفاظ بها للمدة التي يفرضها القانون أو لحل النزاعات ومنع الاحتيال.

يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به. راجع صفحة حذف الحساب واتبع التعليمات الموجودة فيها.

This policy explains how Future Technologies Development Co. for General Trade & Information Technology LLC handles data for TOP Taxi, TOP Captain, and connected TOP services.
Data we collect
We may collect your phone number, name, account identifier, optional profile photo, approximate and precise location, pickup and destination locations, trip and booking details, service type, wallet and payment history, the cardholder name and last four digits when supplied by a payment provider, support messages, notification token, device identifiers, and crash or diagnostic logs. We do not store the full card number or security code.
How we use data
We use data to create and verify accounts, locate riders and drivers, match and manage trips, display available services, process payments and issue receipts, operate wallets, send trip, safety, and support notifications, prevent fraud, improve performance, and diagnose failures.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal data. Necessary data may be shared with the other party to a trip and with map, hosting, authentication, notification, analytics, and payment providers, only as needed to provide the service or comply with law. Payments are also governed by the selected payment provider’s policy.
Background location
TOP Captain may use background location while a driver is available or on an active trip so requests can be received and the trip location updated. Drivers can stop sharing by going offline or changing device permissions, although some service functions will then be unavailable.
Security and retention
We use encrypted connections in transit and appropriate access controls. Account data is kept while the service is used, then deleted or de-identified after an approved deletion request, except transaction or other records retained as required by law, to resolve disputes, or to prevent fraud.

You may request access to or correction of your data, or deletion of your account and associated data. Open the Account Deletion page and follow its instructions.
